Back from the PUMA archives is the classic Puma Cabana Trainer, but in its lighter format - the Puma Cabana Racer shoe. 

In 1981, when style meant sweatband's and velour v-necks, PUMA cut through with a lightweight runner made to race. Christened the Cabana Racer and aimed at the most serious runners, this shoe was built close to the ground to strengthen every muscle, yet with breathable cushioning for miles.

Bearing certain similarities to the Puma RS 100 shoe but with cleaner panelling and more of an old school feel. This Puma Cabana Racer trainer successfully mixes a classic combination of suede and nylon, finished with a sturdy racing shoe sole.

Decades after its introduction, PUMA have authentically re-issued this the classic Puma Cabana Racer to cover new ground. Super comfortable, well designed and ultra lightweight these Puma Cabana Racer 2 trainers would be a welcome addition to any retro footwear lovers wardrobe. So go ahead and run like always.

Continuing the popular collaboration between adidas and Toronto’s Ransom, this season uppers have been constructed from wool, while the clean styling of the low-cut casual trainer remains.

The trainer has a striped nautical upper made from textured wool with a solid blue suede sections around the lace-box. There is a printed Ransom cutlass logo on the outside of each foot, plus joint branding on the tongue. Another exclusive detail is the patch on the inside of the tongue, which reads “Go forth onto the never ending path”.

From it's conception, the Puma Bluebird's intention was to be a modern, lightweight running shoe. However the shoe and it's distinctive colourway were quickly adopted into the footballing culture of the 80's especially that of Cardiff City FC, nicknamed, The Bluebird.

The Two Bluebird trainers are inspired by the home and away colours of Cardiff City FC and feature a suede upper, pvc sole, contrast yellow lining, laces and side detailing.
